Border is a stationary special element that is exactly the same as Wall, aside from its animation and singular reaction. Border pixels form cyan diagonal strips that move toward the top left. This is caused by each pixel blinking between cyan and no color. Each Border pixel is solid, regardless of if it is invisible or cyan.
