This element can extinguish fire

Dye is a liquid that can be given a custom color similar to how you choose the custom color for Paint or Art. It stains elements and itself, allowing different colors of Dye to mix into a new color. It evaporates into Smoke at 100°C and does not freeze. It can be removed by all Water variants.
