Sweetened Condensed Milk is a modded element found in the Community category and is hidden by default. It is created by mixing Milk and Sugar together at temperatures over 85°C.
Sweetened Condensed Milk becomes Dulce de Leche at temperatures over 175°C, freezes into Ice Cream and Sugar at temperatures under 0°C, and barely stains solids it makes contact with. This element does not conduct electricity and has no reactions with other elements.
