Dulce de Leche is a modded element found in the Community category and is hidden by default. It is created by heating Sweetened Condensed Milk to temperatures over 175°C.
Dulce de Leche smolders into Fragrance and Smoke at temperatures over 250°C, hardens into Candy at temperatures under -2°C, and barely stains solids it makes contact with. This element does not conduct electricity.
