Honey is a yellow-brown, thick liquid that can be eaten by Humans. Honey can be made by using the Smash tool on Bee. Honey cannot freeze, as it will just stay liquid, but it will become Caramel at 71°C.

Honey when mixed in Sugar Water can turn Honey into Wax.

Like Caramel, Honey can make a large amount of Sugar Water as it reacts multiple times with Water
