Dirty Water is a dirty version of Water. It's a greenish blue color. It's created when anything gross or dirty enters normal water. It will boil at 105°C, and freeze into Dirty Ice at -5°C, being slightly more temperature tolerant than regular Water. When evaporating, it breaks into Steam and Carbon Dioxide. Like normal water, it conducts electricity.
