Drag is a tool that allows pixels to be moved. The first click specifies the pixels to be moved, then they are slowly moved to the cursor. The mouse can be moved around to adjust the position the pixels are dragged to. Stationary elements, such as Wall, cannot be dragged without the use of Shift.
Holding Shift moves pixels 3 times faster and allows stationary elements to be dragged.
