Mycelium is a purple powder. It is created when the Hyphae of a mushroom grows into Dirt. It can be heated into Dirt and frozen into Permafrost. It will spread to nearby dirt.
Mycelium is flammable and will burn into Dirt.
it consumes dead plants, rotten meat and dead bugs to grow mushrooms and hyphae. it consumes dead plants and dead bugs faster then it does rotten meat.
It does also consume wood at around the same pace it would dead plants or bugs. however only if it is resting on top of the wood.
